Looking to build my first gaming PC. Trying to get something relatively cheap and reliable, also looking to have it last for at least 3-5 years without having to buy new parts (not sure how doable that is for low cost, but I'm trying anyway)

Also, what's the deal with 3 conferences??? Right now east and west teams basically get a free ride to playoffs. What gives? Season before last, Central Conference teams were given a much easier ride to playoffs, resulting in teams like High Altitude and GrapeSquad getting fucked over in playoffs, whlle worse teams advanced. Can we just do one conference?

I'm well aware of that, I just want to see both of these teams in prem.
