b4nny Because I said it does and it was my guideline. If you want to create your own reimbursement offer, go ahead and have your own rules and enforce them at your own discretion as I will do with mine.
But where did you put those guidelines though? I've read through your post multiple times and I didn't see you say anything other than use the "proper aliases used in every match" rule. You don't once say, at least in this post, what a proper alias IS, or anything about using it outside of matches.
