also the dude enigma posted earlier has like a 2.1k mge score in that server from just cheating as sniper so i don't think they even moderate that server anymore

smoboJust create a coach-less division for players the players that just want to play pugs and you won't be short of coaches anymore, because when I coached, it was clear that they didn't want or need a coach around. They were just playing pugs and joking around.
