i knew he was cheating when he hit an entire pistol clip on me from shutter while i was in choke pushing. he also went heavy at one point and was hitting literally every bullet on someone capping from the kit by main on last.

he incredibly bad movement and almost no idea of how to play, yet hit 100% of his pistols from any range.

Personally I think these accusations are really stupid, it's really not that hard to stand out in lobbies. Free Yuri 2015
Yeah watching her demos she didn't seem like a cheater, but 96% is insane. Say an average shot is 80 damage, she did 8400 damage that would mean that she missed 4 shots out of 105. I don't know that I can believe that's possible, regardless of how good you are. I'd love to see the opinion of somebody who is really good at scout because it might be completely plausible and I just have no clue how accurate you can be against players with bad movement.
you don't have to be good at scout to know that 96% accuracy is simply not possible in regular play.
