Disabling a pop-up error message?

That doesn't work either. I've been looking around, but can't find a console command to fix it.
When I try cl_showerror 1, the box that shows this render error and some other errors is connected. It may be hard to see but here's a screeny:

I doubt anyone knows, but is there a way to disable this error message from popping up? It happens because the map gm_bigcity is too big and is rendering too much at once.
"Warning: overflowed CClientRenderablesList group 7"

The Tempus Jump Network is a cross-server jump timer system that stores players' speedruns. If you're familiar with the surf timer, it's basically the same thing for jumping.
