Yes I do have internet at that point.

If it router what causes that problem? My ping is always 10-20. Also, restarting my computer or router does not help me at all.

Okay, so I join a server. Everything is fine for the first 20 seconds. Then I get the message "Warning, Connection Problem, Auto disconnect in 25 Seconds", I restart tf2 and everything works fine for one game. Idk whats my problem, but maybe someone can help me to solve this problem. At least I know its not my internet b/c my speed is 50 down 15 up.

Yeah, I don't really know how srcdemo works and i haven't ever used it, so i don't know how to integrate it, and I will add it to the list of things i will look into, but at the bottom I am afraid, as there are more important things that I need to do first.

Try killing the hl2.exe process and starting tf2 again, if that doesn't work, restart the computer, if it still doesn't work, it might be caused by closing the tool while tf2 is running through it, if you have done so, then i am afraid you may have screwed something up in the files, you should never do that.

Custom skyboxes are next on the list, as for particles, I do want to implement them, but I haven't looked into them yet, so i don't want to promise it, but I will definitely try, and the VDM tool in lawena didn't even work for me but I am gonna look into what it does and how could I do it, not sure about it so far.
