#271 ESEA and CEVO in TF2 General Discussion
HildrethThe absolute sad thing about this is none of you Americans are daring to dream.

When did it become taboo to dream?

To be honest, there are too many realists warning of the "death" of competitive Team Fortress 2 "if we don't have a LAN for one season." The desired systems we want if we go to ANY other league will take time to develop, and there are players acting like a young child wanting their Christmas to happen early in October. That shit ain't going to happen. I'll tell you that now. Shit takes time.

Now on the other hand, if we work with CEVO other than bickering with each other we MIGHT be able to get a LAN with season 4 of CEVO. But right now as a community we're not even parallel with each other.

I say we wait we and talk to the CEVO admins in Mumble before we continue calling bloody mary. All we can do right now is wait patiently and work with CEVO once the proper time comes.

#176 AG Supports CEVO in Expanded League in TF2 General Discussion
Bubbawhat about divisions? as far as im concerned there only 'open.' would there be added divisions such as IM, Main, Invite? Or something along those lines?

Yes, as long as enough players join CEVO next season, divisions similar to the ESEA divs will be made.

On the topic of servers--I agree on playing on only league servers. Like how ESEA functions just without the spying/bitcoin part.

#3 CEVO in TF2 General Discussion

I agree with Tagg. Their league has shown interest in taking us in and accommodating our current divisions.

The only downside to CEVO is that their site is a bit difficult to navigate to certain items, along with no stats and the availability of demos/stv servers. But this could be changed.

#206 The ESEA abuse thread in TF2 General Discussion

The only feature that other leagues do not have(AFAIK) when compared to ESEA is the automatic stats and stv server/stvdemo/povdemo systems. I think if we move leagues we should push for similar systems, as those systems helped attribute to how competitive the teams in ESEA are.

It's one of my top reasons why I'm in ESEA and not UGC 6s.

Hella good player and the best mentor I've ever had, even if it was so long ago.

#1 Soldier LFT Open S16 in Recruitment (looking for team)

After skipping a season to try and get into university life easier, I feel like I have the ability to play season 16 and balance school at the same time. I have more experience as roamer, but I have enjoyed playing pocket as well.

I have a couple seasons of UGC 6s and 3 seasons of ESEA(2 as backup and 1 as starter pocket)
I also have several seasons of leading a highlander team as well.

ESEA: http://play.esea.net/users/506923

Looking to play with a group of cool players who want to scrim a lot, watch demos often, and be able to hangout with other teammates casually.

edit: founds me a team.

#1 Soldier Backup lft open in Recruitment (looking for team)

Hey guys. I'm still getting used to college, so I've decided to not fully commit to 6s, but I am able to backup for a team.

ESEA-O S12 Backup Soldier for BIG FUN (aka The Wild Party)
ESEA-O S13 Backup Soldier for Foobar (aka The Wild Party)
ESEA-O S14 Pocket Soldier for The Power of Void (aka The Wild Party)

I prefer roamer, but I can play pocket as well. Availability only becomes an issue on Mondays, all others days I'm available.

#1 Roamer LFT Open S15 in Recruitment (looking for team)

Since I don't think my team is staying together next season, I guess I'll start looking for a team. I played for The Power of Void s14 which was plagued by roster issues the entire season. I originally wanted to play season 14 as roamer, but issues came up and I ended up on pocket. I prefer roamer to pocket.

I have a couple seasons of UGC 6s and 3 seasons of ESEA(2 as backup and 1 as starter pocket)

#6 Is This a Decent Build? in Hardware

In my honest opinion, 700W is a little overkill. Your video card's minimum sys req. is only 450W, so a 500W-600W PSU should be fine for this build.
