man it bugs me that a large chunk of the tf community is only into trading or mods like jailbreak/saxton hale/death run like i get it they're silly and fun but theres a whole nother masterpiece of a game buried underneath all that garbage that u are missing out on

people who shit talk new players
people who shit talk someone/invalidate their opinions just bc they main a certain class
people who add u from pubs just to shit talk u
people i dont know who ask me if they can roster ride my hl team
people who put zero time into classes that aren't spy/pyro/etc and then wonder why they arent getting any better at the game
Cyanictrying my ass off in hl before i knew 6s existed.
trying my ass off in hl (on engineer, no less) knowing that 6s exists
+ embarassing better dm classes in 1v1s
- really tedious to set up if ur team is getting rolled
step 2: have an anime or rapper smoking a blunt profile picture, be transgender or whatever fucking weird ass genders you guys are into, or a furry. The weirder you are the more respect you get from fellow comp players.

damn
No particular profile comes to mind off the top of my head but what bugs me a lot are the ~~~big time trader mains~~~ who have enormous lists of rules you have to follow before adding them.
Actually as I'm writing this I'm remembering this one guy I talked to recently bc i was interested in buying one of his unusuals.

this dude is so full of himself he literally requires you to join his shitty steam group (almost 800 members btw) and leave a comment there before adding him for anything. Then you have to patiently wait for him to see if ur worth his precious gaming time so that u can talk to him.
Needless to say I never ended up getting the hat I wanted bc he's a "collector" that has what seems to be tens of thousands of dollars in valuable tf2 items https://puu.sh/yPSPT/c0ffa615de.gif
-protoused to watch yogscast religiously when I was a kid, nice to see they’re still on the youtube grind
does anyone know if they ever got around to finishing shadow of israphel?
2 back scratchers, a pair of nail clippers, and some cash. i couldn't be happier!
chinese takeout, except i've been feeling sick to my stomach all evening so maaaaybe not the best idea
ol dirty mustardoverlord
Psimuselk is in it but none of the people who farmed him in both tf2 and overwatch, okay
prob because muselk has over 2 million subs and produces content featuring games that are culturally relevant (his channel pretty much exploded once he started making overwatch videos). not to mention a lot of TF2/OW pros aren't really active on youtube.
