ok im a fucking retard and while i was redirecting my pictures, videos, documents, and downloads folders to another drive (D:/), i fucked up on the downloads folder, and now it's turned into a shortcut, and i can only view the files when I click the "show in folder" on the downloaded file. The downloads folder turned into a shortcut for my C: drive, and I can't view the files from there, so when I click "Downloads", it just redirects to my C drive.

https://imgur.com/LuZXS5T (I can only view my downloaded files by clicking the "show in folder" when the downloaded thing pops up)

This is pretty severe, as my SSD has no space, so i need to move it to my HDD, otherwise i won't be able to download anything more than ~1 GB.

EDIT: OK so i just fixed the shortcut part, and now i did a CMD program that changed it back to a folder. The problem is, when i click the properties of the folder, i don't see the locations tab, which is what I need in order to redirect it to my external drive, so do you know how i could redirect it now?

Ex: https://imgur.com/fb5kQSG (The location tab is available and I can redirect this folder).

Problem: https://imgur.com/MacJ1tc (The location tab isn't visible).

then i go to the specific user folder, and then when i try to click it, since its a shortcut, it goes to somewhere else. Honestly, i just need it to be changed from a shortcut to a folder.

make a folder where the shortcut is also called downloads, go to this pc, right click the downloads in this pc (not the one you just made), go to properties and change the location to the path of the downloads foder that you made earlier. that should then work.

you can change the folder windows puts your libraries, i'd wager that'd fix it

backup your files in Downloads at least first, then move libraries to one place then move them back

yea when i type it in the address bar, i can get to my downloads.
