LFP = Looking for Player

LFP Open Demo would mean "Looking for an open level demo"

Mid is an EU division not sure where the skill level falls when compared to ESEA

if it's saying something like mid open, it means that they have a goal of or are already an open team with a record that would put them in the middle as far as ranking is concerned by the end of the season and are looking to keep it up and potentially do better.

open/im/invite are the divisions

low/mid/high are the general skill groupings within each division

"low open" would mean you're not expecting to make playoffs and have a negative win record
"mid open" would mean you're expecting to go around average win rate, maybe make playoffs
"high open" is that you're expecting to make playoffs, and do well

if someone says "top open" or "top im" then that means they're expecting to place in the division, 1st 2nd or 3rd

keep in mind that many people will inaccurately rate their own team/themselves, either due to overestimation of their own skill level or underestimation of the competition. They're general guidelines more than solid rules.
