So I got my frames, I put it in VDub, it plays, at a slow FPS speed, I have my fps set to 60 with VDub settings. When it gets ported, it still plays at a slow fps speed, even in VDub, and it stops at random intervals after some frames, then it slowly continues.

if ur playing it at super high quality .avi format locally on your computer, chances are your video is fine, but your computer actually can't load the file fast enough to keep up with its intended speed

try compressing it and then watching it again

yes, download handbrake (or some other transcoder) and convert the avi to mp4
