Hi, I get random jittering or freezing(?) every two seconds. Very similar to lag spikes, only it jitters for around half a second or so every two seconds. Get's very annoying, and is literally unplayable. I have b4nnys config, and I very much enjoy it.
I haven't dwelled too deep into the code of configs, but I get the jist of them. Anyone have/have had the same issue, that can help me?

Thanks

For ingame/monitor freezes every 3 seconda I just updated my graphics driver and close your web browsers; for me it was chrome that was soley causing the freezes

I had a similar issue too, my hard drive is kinda dying(bad sectors etc) so I moved my tf2 install folder to a new dir which surprisingly made it better. I am linux ext4 by the way

I'm having the same issue. My game randomly starts dropping frames and I can't move my mouse, it's not as if it was a common lag spike, my mouse aim literally stops while I'm moving the mouse if the frames are dropping at that moment. It's fucked up.

I would recommend to update/reinstall graphics drivers, kill any unnecessary processes, clean your PC physically, check for temperature spikes in any internal component, and even reinstalling the game.

My case doesn't have much hope, my PC crashes randomly glitching the screen in a way you would never imagine, and it keeps like that while the last bit of sound that was playing before crash enters in a loop making a horrible noise, and reset button in the case doesn't do anything at all, so I have to unplug it and plug it again. In all the PCs I've fixed in my life, my own computer has the weirdest problem of them all.
