Ping lag sometimes???? Explosion's doesnt show up

So i don't know why but sometimes either explosions doesn't show up or there is a delay sometimes. I checked if maybe i have packet loss, i don't. I had 50-55 ping entire time. Also, not the server fault.
My connection config:

Have you tried playing with the net graph open? The information it gives when you get these little stutters will help to find the cause of the problem.

Lags stoped without me doing anything. I had interp 0.0152 just a miss type.
