Hey, I rented a TF2 server and wanted to set it up for DM, however I can't get TFTrue, which is needed to set class limits and whitelists without having tournament mode enabled, to work.
I placed both the latest TFTrue.vdf and TFTrue.dll file (It's a Windows server) in the servers tf/addons directory. Whenever I reboot the server these messages pop up in the console:
[TFTrue] The plugin is up to date!
Failed to load plugin "addons/TFTrue"
Does anyone know whats going on here or how I can fix this?

I'd recommend you reach out to someone hosting a server with this plugin, I don't think any of the people here are much familiar with setting up plugins, let alone any errors regarding them
