What are the files that pertain to showing the status of the engineer's buildings?

It's typically in the top-left corner and says "sentry not built" etc. for every building.

I want to move the location of those boxes, how would I do this?

hud_obj_disp.res, hud_obj_sentrygun.res, etc.
You can move all of them by changing the xpos of BuildingStatus_Engineer in hudlayout.res
