Making a thing. Want depth of field for a few shots. Enabling r_depthoverlay presents me with a single massive missing texture (purple/black checkerboard) covering my screen rather than the white fog one would expect. Has this command ceased to function or is there something wrong on my end?
I just checked it out for you Lange and I get the same missing texture you do. This sucks, depth of field is absolutely gorgeous.
I feel you man. Check this out, probably the best use of depth of field I've seen in a tf2 video... I wonder what happened to specialk

Send emails to tfteam@valvesoftware.com letting them know of this issue. The more people that report it, the more likely it is to get fixed.

I think Valve is afraid of Lange. He can be pretty menacing, to be honest.

I suppose I'll post this here rather than making a new thread:
I need to find out which texture files are used for this doorframe structure. Specifically, the cylindrical part directly under the crosshair and the brown vertical bars on either side of it. mat_crosshair does not hit this model, and it returns the value of the texture underneath it instead.

Does anyone know off the top of their head which material files these are?

Seems to be part of one larger texture for the whole model, assuming I opened the right one.
HLMV says 'models/props_gameplay/door_slide.vmt' is the only texture being used, which looks like this

Thanks. My internet is crazy slow and I could not get the SDK to download in any sort of acceptable timeframe.
