Have they said anything about class limits yet? The elo system and matchmaking doing what it's supposed to do sounded cool, but it'll all be for nothing if class limits stay like this.

if they're planning a huge overhaul with additional small changes like the respawn timer in casual being moved, all we can do is wait
if they are gonna sprinkle some tiny fix patches before dropping the pyro update, we should have some prominent member of the community reach out them and just compile a short list of shit to fix every few weeks or so

Also at least we know that they're listening, sounds like they might have made changes based on feedback/backlash and are wanting more people to send ideas/complaints to them also people still buy crates so its probably smart for them to keep milking the game for those that like to buy hats, might help bring attention back to tf, unlikely but maybe

one part of me doesnt want the pyro update to come out, its saying that the pyro update is just gonna plummet the game even further and be even more disappointing
i really hope that part of me is not correct :/

at this point i've kind of lost all optimism that the pyro update will be anything major or beneficial for our scene, the image competitive has in pubbers' minds is either non-existent or "fucking horrible" and its gonna take a lot from the TF Team to step it up (and they've got a small staff, im really doubting much good coming from this update), just praying its not disappointing like the past few updates and its got a few nifty bug fixes or whatever

then again its taking ages so maybe its FUCKING HUGE and its gonna save the game but the last time we had optimism like that matchmaking happened

How was it not obvious to some of you that the Pyro update was designed from the get-go to be a bunch of community-made content slapped together as a thinly veiled guise for releasing more cosmetic bullshit behind paywalls? Call me a pessimistic fuck, but I'm glad they haven't released it yet.
