Are there any low open teams at all looking for demos? Is it worth just looking into other classes instead?

Timbir is a pretty solid mid-open demo pickup, I could easily see him playing high open next season if he gets on a team that's as dedicated to improving as he is.
He's got decent DM, he's easy to work with, and he knows a fair bit about 6s. What else would you need on an up-and-coming team?
