LOD BIAS settings on ATI graphics cards

So i followed this guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=395649927 and i got a problem. I don't have [UMD] inside [0000] ;o There are only Settings and VolatileSettings. What am I doing wrong?

Try to use ctrl+f to search for UMD, worked for me! The exact paths can be different :)
