#1 LOD BIAS settings on ATI graphics cards in Customization

So i followed this guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=395649927 and i got a problem. I don't have [UMD] inside [0000] ;o There are only Settings and VolatileSettings. What am I doing wrong?
