doesn't have fancy things like rbg lightning, but it's a really sturdy, solid keyboard and I love typing on it. Sound is reasonable and it's within your price range, you can probably find it cheaper from local websites

Corsair strafe red backlit keyboard with cherry mx silent switches on newegg. List price is 80 dollars

I have a strafe RGB and I love it so much. Feels exactly identical to reds and is actually a decent bit quieter than reds with o-rings as well. Now if it could just be made in a tenkeyless or 60 percent form I would trade the one I have for it in a heartbeat

Either with red, brown, or black switches. Black switches with have a more "pounding" noise, whereas the reds will be more "clicky".

I expect some amount of noise from any Cherry MX switch, but Reds and Blacks make the least amount of noise.

most of your noise with reds/blacks/browns/non-clicky switches is going to come from bottoming out. If you don't mind reducing key travel, o-rings are probably the best way to go.
