Recruitment (looking for team)
i used to play with carter a year ago. he has really good dm and seems to have improved his attitude a bit since then so if he continues this trend and works on his game sense and what not he could play on a bubble team. i think he is more of a roamer than a pocket but he can play either decently.

Why don't you just put your actual tf2 experience instead of talking about it vaguely like "too many seasons to count","plenty of times",etc because that's just completely misleading.
Like if you're shit you're gonna get cut anyway, and if you're good you'll stay, so why go to the trouble of trying to give off a false impression
