Engine hunk overflow when loading up jump map

This doesn't happen too often, but it has happened a few times now when I'm loading up an offline jump map and I'm genuinely curious why it happens.

Afaik, it only happens when loading up a few jump maps. Currently the known 2 that are causing this are jump_eons_b2 and jump_it_final. Could it be that the files are corrupted in some way? Or is this some bigger problem that I'm not aware of?
