It was added (dunno if on purpose or not) with the new update. If people are that annoyed enigma can change it.

I use win7 and chrome as well but I see the underlined links. It's probably something else that separates us.

It's intended, looked at the CSS.

So if you aren't seeing them, your settings are weird.
