Why do my all my class stats keep getting reset?

I have 3000+ hrs on my main account and for my class stats/hours, they keep getting reset at random times. This has happened once a few weeks ago but has occurred again. Is anyone else having the same issue, if so. Please tell me the solution. Thank you!

There's a file in "tf" folder that I believe stores them--I think "stats" is in the file name. I'm not sure how to resolve the problem, but it's a start. Good luck.

Couldn't hurt to validate your cache files (right click tf2 in steam>properties>local files).
