default net settings (100 lerp) = 50/60 ms
comanglias/chris net settings (15.2 lerp)= 80/90 ms

when i use -default in launch options i get 80000 rate.. in fps configs its usually 60000

Higher rate could raise your ping, chokes and losses as far as I know, so that's why it's set to 60k in most configs
