Now 2 months and no idea what's going on in regards to getting a payout and no response from my support tickets. I get that there's a system being developed to exchange items and whatnot but I have literally no idea what that means for outstanding payouts. To be honest, kind of assuming it just wont happen at this point but being the optimistic chap I am, thought I'd try and and make one last attempt to make contact and see if there's any hope for my 29-ish key winnings.
