Blurry when scoped in

Hello I have a problem

When Im scoped in with sniper the game looks blurry.Here http://imgur.com/a83SkjG

This happens when im using dx91.Doesnt happen with dx81.I would really like to play with dx91 tho(mm and stuff)

Im also using 4:3 stretched resolution(1280x1024)

Anyone know how to fix this?

I think it's always like this on dx9.

It's an effect you get on the scope with dx9.

The 'blending'/blur on scope is default for DX9 because it is capable of doing the distortion calculations, DX8 can't
