I have one and honestly it's very worth it, not like they are incredibly expensive. Either the Razer or Zowie ones are pretty much the 2 people buy.
Without one I always get paranoid that the tugging/catching of the cord is messing with my aim

The Razer seems to only guarantee fit on Razer devices. I bought it at launch and tried using it with my g400 when it first came out, it split in half at the tip.

I just bought the Meco one because it had the most reviews on Amazon and I like it. Just buy one. Better than taping like I was doing.

It's not like one performs significantly better than another. The purpose of a bungee is:
1) prevent you from dragging six feet of mouse cord around as you use your mouse
2) assist with desk organization
3) style
Pick one that you like. I have a CM storm skorpion. You can take it apart when you're on the road.
