Weird audio issues since Tough Break update

Am I the only one? Since Tough Break released, not only has my FPS been slaughtered (likely a custom cfg issue but I can't check it right now), but I've been having strange audio issues. This ranges from audio crackles when I was using '-default', but turns to full screeches with the new -default launch options command set. I'm on Windows 10 Home, 64-bit. Anyone else? My bad if this isn't the right place to be asking this.

Opt out of the Steam Client Beta. For some reason that's solving the FPS issue for a lot of players.
