Max has amazing, amazing dm on Demo. He hits some incredibly bullshit pipes and is fantastic at donking as well. This is even worse considering he lives on the west coast. If you ever meet him at lan (or a Colorado server), prepare to get absolutely fucked. Max is a lan proven FRAGGER.
But the best thing about Max is his drive. He is always, always bothering me to join an MGE server and jump into his pipes. He also enjoys pugging as Demo for some reason. I've actually never seen a Demo player practice so passionately (because fuck demo). And Max has the potential to go places. I don't think his record in Open is indicative of how fucking amazing he is as a player, and he has so much room for improvement.
The only downside is he always has the stupid fucking laugh, like, "HUH HUH", when he hits an airpipe in MGE and it pisses me off to no end. That's why I don't MGE you anymore, Max! You fucking piece of shit. You and your airpipes can go fuck yourselves..
Seriously though, the only widdle thing I have to say about Max is that he can occasionally be too vocal about how shitty his computer/internet/ping are, but cut him some slack, it's actually astounding he can hit so many pipes all the way from Cali.
I think he has the mechanics to play on a team at the low IM or at the top of Open, that is willing to help him work out the finer points of actually having good teammates, and the work ethic to grow into a HOUSEHOLD NAME. If you're looking for a Demo, you want this guy.
