I am looking for a blackbox skin to fix animations

the current blackbox animations are really poor and annoying, does anyone have a skin to fix it?
(for recording purposes, so I don't care if it doesn't work on sv_pure 2)

I tried to keep it short so people will read the reason why I am looking for a skin.
