I recently started getting a horizontal line on my screen that seems to be due to refresh rate or something? It's most noticeable when I scroll through web pages/documents. I've updated my graphics driver (A Geforce 550 Ti) to the latest drivers, didn't fix so I uninstalled them completely and re-installed them. No fix. Any thoughts?

Friend of mine had the same problem last year, it was a sign of his motherboard dying. It went back to normal after he replaced it.
