So phone destruction is going to hold up in federal court? there's still no proof he did anything wrong, honestly it goes back to the refs in the AFC Championship game, they handle the ball every play!

AEI proved the Wells Report was factually wrong, I don't understand!

Fuck this entire thing, all of a sudden I see people dissing Bradys legacy and calling him a cheater and Tom *Brady.

The dude is still probably the best QB of all time. I´m so sick of this, dreadful off-season.

It's going to be hilarious when the Pats go 4-0 for this.

Apparently Brady issues a statement on his facebook page about the decision to uphold his suspension and intends to take it to federal court.

Robert Kraft apologizes for not challenging the fine against the franchise back in May and supports Brady 100%.

TIME FOR WAR.

Its actually retarded to not appeal an NFL suspension. They usually get reduced upon appeal and the high profile ones that don't tend to get taken to court where the NFL always loses.

Why accept if he did nothing wrong? Brady going to court and continuing to say he does nothing wrong is proving his innocence. Let him continue to fight this out.

I'm saying him going to court is to prove his innocence, just accepting it for something he didn't do is completely stupid to do on his behalf.

I never said I didn't think he was innocent, I'm on his side and think this whole case is stupid. Am just annoyed in how long its lasting. He surely isn't helping his case in destroying his phone, and not saying what the nfl wants to hear though.

MIndCan someone give me a TL;DR of this whole thing pls.

Tom Brady is accused of deflating his teams footballs last season in a playoff game. There is essentially no proof that Tom Brady is the one responsible, yet he is the one receiving punishment. People do not like this.

Uh, not quite.

TLDR; Tom Brady is accused of having knowledge of the deflation of footballs used in the AFC Championship Game against the Indianapolis Colts. Tom didn't deflate them himself, locker room attendants who handle the game balls was accused of deflating them, leading to their suspension.

NFL suspended him for the first four games of the 2015 NFL season on the reason that "it is more probable then not" that he is at least "generally aware" of the deflation of footballs during that game.

Today his suspension was upheld after a 1 month appeal was in process. Today he also files a lawsuit in Minnesota to take this to federal court.
