IM team looking to rebuild

After a disastrous first season in IM, I am looking to rebuild for the next season. I feel like my management style is too rigid and I'm too set in my ways, so I'm planning on probably stepping down as pocket to play roamer, unless a med feels comfortable being yelled at. Anyways, like everybody ever, I want the team to be competitive, so please be able to play at least Mon-thursday normal scrim times.

Please add me with LFT in your name, so I don't get you confused with traders and ignored. Looking for people that have at least a couple seasons of open/im under their belt. So far nobody is confirmed, just doing try outs. Add me here:

I wanted to clarify that the season wasn't disastrous because we lost, but because I lost what I considered to be good friends because we had conflicting thoughts on this game that we love. After that happened, I was on tilt for the rest of the season and my heart wasn't in it. I appreciate them for staying through and for Mana and Crasian coming into our roster and saving our season by not even playing their mains.

Most teams/players would have simply died and never played another game after we lost our scouts. What happened was not your fault as much as you want to blame yourself. (at least from my pov) I was grateful that we stuck it out in a bad situation and did not forfeit a single game. In my opinion says tons about Tery, rdj and Maxhax.

maxhax is a passionate tf2 player. he hits lots of rockets, has good calls, and has many a funny story to tell. i'm very sad that his team imploded, they were all nice people who just didn't mesh well in terms of playstyles. i think it speaks a great deal about his perseverance and dedication that the team was able to stick together for the whole season, and i think that those qualities will allow a team under his leadership to grow into a squad worthy to take on im.

good luck max!

also his wife sounds cute
