Hey, I know there are some prog fans in this community, anyone want to check out a midi demo of a song I'm working on? http://dl.dropbox.com/u/64005791/De%20Ja%20Vu%20Act%20One.mp3

Why am I reminded so much of Steve Howe and Chris Squire? And Yes in general?

It doesn't sound bad, but I think the transitions between parts could be better.

^^^THIS IS AN OPINION, DON'T HURT ME^^^

Well, YES, RUSH, and Genesis are my biggest influences for this song, the beginning piano part is based off of Firth of Fifth. And some King Crimson mixed in as always.

Sounds really nice, this is something I'd listen to. I agree with justus though that some of the transitions are pretty abrupt.
