Maxframes Removing Signs

I'm sure there's a command that does this but I have no idea what it is. I'm also pretty sure its my fps config.

All of the signs/decals or whatever they are called are gone for me

This is what it looks like for me:

That would be jump_measure, a map used to test jumping distances (helpful for practicing certain jumps and making jump maps).
