If you look on their twitter, they say the site is down so they can sort out current orders
If you look on their twitter, they say the site is down so they can sort out current orders
Actually the site went down because there had been malicious code injected onto it at some point. Probably through one of the plugins I had installed on the site.
The backup file I had for the site was scanned and found the same malicious files on it as well. I figured it would be smarter to just pull the whole thing down and start from scratch. With less plugins this time around.
Nobodies information should be affected, all actual transactions took place on Paypal and not on the actual froyotech site so you shouldn't have to worry about that.
Evrews is correct in a sense, the site will go back up once we have every single order finished and verified. The hoodies went out this week so be looking for those soon. Another thing I need everyone to do that is waiting on an order, call your local post office and verify they do not have your package there. I had one person issue a charge back, when we checked the tracking code it stated it had been delivered weeks prior. We asked her to verify with her post office and it ended up that it had been sitting there for weeks.
ANYONE WITH MISSING ORDERS, PM ME ORDER NUMBER AND CONTACT INFORMATION.
Also a quick note, even if I do not respond to you I forward every pm, msg, email, tweet, etc to the guy doing the shirts. Like I've said before we aren't going anywhere so I want to make sure everyone gets their shit that they ordered.
