It's GoodGame Agency, not Academy.

But yeah, this is pretty big news... Twitch was already sponsoring a bunch of teams anyway and now they own them entirely. I wonder how this will impact alternate streaming platfrorms (espeically MLG.tv since EG's CoD team pretty much has to stream there all the time)

EG doesn't have a CoD team anymore for a variety of reasons. Good for alex garfield though the guys been around for forever and done a ton for e-sports in general. really nice gesture to give all the employees and players a piece of the deal as well.
