So the past couple of days my ping and internet speed have been really slow as you can see here I'm usually pinging 29 and my download is up to 11.
I'm not sure what is causing this or how to fix this, I've already called my ISP and they've said it might be my routing even though I'm on a wired connection. I've done the easy task of restarting modems, routers and flushing dns. I'm not the best at fixing these kind of things but this slow internet is really starting to get on my nerves any help would be appreciated.

Try checking Windows's resource monitor or your router's interface to check how much of the badwidth is being used, maybe you forgot to turn something off or your relatives are downloading something? (hint: torrents? :)).
The second thing may be calling your ISP again, believe me or not, but they don't care about your connection at all, they just want to close your case ASAP even if it means putting blame on you without further investigation :)
Third thing you can do is checking signal power it commonly drops when they attach too many clients, it may be displayed somewhere in your modem's interface otherwise IT friend could come in handy :D
