I recently reinstalled my sourcemod/metamod installation and the map has now started to change when the 30 minutes (eu ruleset) ends. I had a similar problem before, but that was fixed by disabling nextmap.smx, which I have done. I've made cfg/mapcycle.txt empty so there is no rotation.

Windows server
SourceMod Version: 1.6.3-dev+4580
Metamod:Source version 1.10.4-dev
Installed plugins: All of F2's plugins, etf2lDivisions, soap dm and mge

If you have tragic/nfo there is something in the control panel that I think would rewrite mapcycle, on the sidebar under 'easy setup'

The server is probably defaulting to the mapcycle.txt located in the .vpks since your file is empty.

Adding mapcyclefile "" to your server.cfg should prevent all map cycles from loading.

Edit: Also note that nextmap.smx will throw errors if you do this, but it should be fine since you removed it.
