these headphones sound GREAT. the only thing that is wrong with them is that they don't sit very comfortably on people with big ears and/or glasses and tend to make your ears very hot, sweaty, and sticky due to the leather pads. those are personal gripes. but this is a really good deal for the money.

They're not ideal for gaming, but m50's are some excellent headphones for all kinds of music and movies that are not restricted to indoor listening as all open headphones are.
