I can confirm this, internet was shitting on me for the past hour or two due to DNS issues.

Looks like it's coming back up for alot of people now. 2 hour national outage and still no explanation or word from twc

i don't really expect any explanation from twc because they always leave customers in the dark
i've had internet issues for over 8 months and they still refuse to fix the problem and still have the gall to send me written mails saying that they're sorry that i've been having problems with my service and to call them if my problem still isn't fixed
edit: best thing is that they say they gave me a priority number to directly talk with support, but rather the just gave me the default support hotline and put me on hold for 40 minutes before asking if i unplugged and replugged my modem before making a technician come down again
