So I bought myself a Razer Deathadder 2 hours ago, got home, connected it, downloaded Razer Synapse 2.0 to fix Sens, colors, etc. So I set up the sens DPI to 3400, then I went to the lighting section to test lighting features. And I set the Scroll wheel and thumb Grind to OFF, and all of a sudden the mouse doesnt work, and the colors are twitching, it's all a huge mess. But when I connect my old mouse, turn the mouse wheel and thumb grind on again, it starts twitching, and about 10 secs later it works again. Any help? Do I just have to wait for the changes to establish? Well, thanks in advance.

EDIT: So I just took out my old mouse, and connected the deathadder in again, AND IT STQARTS TWITCHING AGAIN. this is stupid.

I dunno every single thing i bought from Razer was broken pretty fast. The only good thing made by razer are their mouse pads

I heard that installing Synapse then plugging in peripherals fixes a lot of problems, so try uninstalling Synapse and everything related to Razer, then restart your PC and install everything again and plug mouse in I guess.

make sure you only have one deathadder driver installed at once and that you reset the configuration software whenever you re-plug-in the mouse

if you have a 3.5G, use the legacy drivers
