I've played comp tfc for a very long time, played some when tf2 first came out, and have gotten back to it recently. My stream consists of mostly scrims/matches/pugs/mixes/mge/lobbies and is being streamed from the east coast.

1. Go to Twitch.TV
2. Click your NAME at the top
3. Navigate to SETTINGS
4. Click the Channels and Videos tab
5. Scroll down to accept your invitation
