Wierd gfx settings

I used to play with the custom low fps settings a long time ago and now for some reason, even though i have deleted those files, my game still holds some of those pesky settings. How can I play with default gfx again?

backup all your binds and start tf2 with -autoconfig launchcommand.

Install a new graphics cfg that is a moderate one and that will change it
