tf2 chris cnfg format change

hello guys
i installed the highframes chris config but now my game runs in 4:3 and not in 16:9 annymore. i set in launch options : -w 1024 -h 768 -fullscreen like my game ran before i used th chris config. in options it doesent let me change my format to 16:9. i dont know what to do.. also a little bit of my in-gane screen is gone. i cant see on both sides of my screen like 2 cm.

1024x768 is 4:3?
so set the -w and -h to a 16:9 aspect ratio if that's what you want

and isn't the command -full not -fullscreen?

1280x720, 1600x900, 1920x1080 are the most common
