I have really bad anxiety. Its to the point where I'm ripping out my hair one by one just because I get so nervous and have little to no coping skills for it. I mainly just listen to music as my main coping skill but when im in school they wont let me listen to it and I just continue to rip out hairs. just looking so see if anyone can help me with this problem.

The problem with things like anxiety is that they tend to be subtly or not-so-subtly different for every sufferer. For me personally cognitive behavioral therapy is helping at least somewhat, but that doesn't mean it will for you.
It's a standard response I guess, but I'd definitely recommend looking for a professional to look into it; depending on the therapist they tend to be able to give help based on your own, individual case. Personal experiences from a lot of different people can be useful, but their experiences won't necessarily be yours.
Therapists can help choose the right approach that's most likely to help you, and guide you through the process of a certain therapy or technique or whatnot, but in the end it'll still be you who will have to do it.
