I'm mostly asking because I've never been there and am going this year. Was wondering about past experiences and stuff to look forward to.

I go every year, it's usually pretty awesome (2012 was kind of boring though). If I can't get a byoc seat then I'm just gonna bring my fight stick and play with the street fighter guy's, cause last year waiting in line for 2 days was not fun.

I have to ask, is QuakeCon usually not a popular LAN spot for TF2 players? It is the biggest in America though.

I've always wanted to check out quakecon but it's too far for me to justify going, especially considering I don't play quake much anymore.
