After the update was released, i couldn't laucnh my tf2. I finished the update, but steam says update required after 100%. I tried to exit steam and play, it works but it will crash every time when i use the server browser. So i reinstalled tf2, the same thing happened, help plz.

Try clearing your steam cache, to do so, exit steam and delete this folder:
